📖 Static demo — read-only snapshot

You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

How to Perform

Follow a near target with both eyes as it moves slowly and steadily through ~160° horizontally and ~120° vertically, 1–2 ft from the face. Pursuit should be smooth — no jerks, no head turn.
