You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:
- Global search (sidebar) is disabled — it queries the API.

- head and target moved simultaneously in opposite directions at matched speed while the target stays sharply in focus
- Range of Motion
- cervical rotation oscillations paired with equal opposite target motion, doubling angular VOR demand; amplitude limited to where the target stays clear
How to Perform
Hold a target in front of you and move the head and target in OPPOSITE directions simultaneously while maintaining clear fixation. Doubles the angular demand on the VOR vs ×1.
