You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

Dynamic Gait with Head Turns
Positions & Range of Motion

- standing upright at the start of a straight walking path, eyes fixed on a target ahead
- End
- mid-gait with the head rotated horizontally (progressing to vertical) on a set cadence while maintaining a steady, unstaggered straight-line walking path
- Range of Motion
- cervical rotation to a comfortable end range every 2–3 steps, coordinated with continuous forward gait
How to Perform
Walk in a straight line while turning the head horizontally on a cadence (every 2–3 steps), then vertically. Progress to walking with head turns in busy visual environments and adding cognitive or motor secondary tasks.
