How to Perform

Sequential movements to mobilize the radial nerve: shoulder depression → elbow extension → forearm pronation → wrist flexion. Significantly decreased pain at rest (ES 0.84), at night (ES 0.91), and during activity (ES 1.06) in lateral epicondylitis patients after 6 weeks. Addresses neural component of lateral elbow pain.
