Radial Nerve Glide
Positions & Range of Motion

- Seated upright, arm at the side, shoulder relaxed in neutral
- End
- Radial nerve tensioned through sequential shoulder depression, elbow extension, forearm pronation, and wrist flexion, then eased back to slide the nerve
- Range of Motion
- Oscillating neural glide combining shoulder depression, full elbow extension, forearm pronation, and wrist flexion to gentle end-range tension
How to Perform
Sequential movements to mobilize the radial nerve: shoulder depression → elbow extension → forearm pronation → wrist flexion. Significantly decreased pain at rest (ES 0.84), at night (ES 0.91), and during activity (ES 1.06) in lateral epicondylitis patients after 6 weeks. Addresses neural component of lateral elbow pain.
