How to Perform

Isolated thumb joint exercises targeting FPL (IP flexion), EPL (IP extension), FPB (MCP flexion), and EPB (MCP extension). FPL and EPL are the only two extrinsic thumb muscles capable of sustaining individual activations without significant coactivation.
