📖 Static demo — read-only snapshot

You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

  • Global search (sidebar) is disabled — it queries the API.
  • The JSON API and the API “Try it” playgroundaren’t included.
  • The data is a snapshot — it refreshes only when the demo is rebuilt, not live from the database.

Everything else — the body map, progression ladders, coverage heatmap, exercise finder, and all anatomy/exercise/source pages — works fully. The full app (live search + API + database) runs from the source on GitHub.

Cornerstone Exercises (6)

First-line exercises for this goal.

Alfredson Protocol — Eccentric Heel Drops
strength · intermediate

In reactive tendinopathy progress load gradually and keep pain within acceptable limits (monitor 24 h response)

Calf Raise (Explosive Concentric)
strength · intermediate

introduce heavy-slow calf loading before explosive/energy-storage reps in reactive or irritable tendinopathy

Heavy Slow Resistance (HSR) for Achilles Tendinopathy
strength · intermediate

load heavy but progress gradually, keeping tendon symptoms within an acceptable range

Heel Raise (Eccentric Emphasis)
strength · beginner

progress load gradually; monitor for acceptable, non-escalating tendon pain

Stair Calf Raise
strength · intermediate

Progress load and range gradually in reactive tendinopathy and monitor 24-hour tendon response.

Calf Raise off Stair Edge
strength · intermediate

Progress load and heel-drop range gradually in reactive tendinopathy and monitor 24-hour tendon response.
