📖 Static demo — read-only snapshot
You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:
- Global search (sidebar) is disabled — it queries the API.
- The JSON API and the API “Try it” playgroundaren’t included.
- The data is a snapshot — it refreshes only when the demo is rebuilt, not live from the database.
Everything else — the body map, progression ladders, coverage heatmap, exercise finder, and all anatomy/exercise/source pages — works fully. The full app (live search + API + database) runs from the source on GitHub.
Hamstring Strain Recovery
Rebuild hamstring strength and length with eccentric loading after strain.
Cornerstone Exercises (4)
First-line exercises for this goal.
⚠ Introduce gradually after the acute phase; the high eccentric load provokes marked DOMS and can aggravate a fresh strain if progressed too fast
⚠ Introduce gradually after the acute phase; the high eccentric load provokes marked DOMS and can aggravate a fresh strain if progressed too fast
⚠ introduce Nordic eccentrics at reduced range/load early in rehab to avoid over-lengthening the healing muscle
⚠ avoid heavy eccentric loading during the acute painful phase; progress range and load gradually
Supporting Exercises (5)
These contribute to the goal.
⚠ reintroduce and load gradually after acute strain; keep spine neutral
⚠ introduce after the acute phase and progress hinge depth/load gradually
⚠ avoid aggressive end-range stretch into pain during an acute or early-healing strain
⚠ progress length gently early after strain; avoid aggressive end-range pull in the acute/painful phase
