📖 Static demo — read-only snapshot

You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

Positions & Range of Motion

Start
seated with the leg extended and the shin stabilized, resistance band anchored laterally for eversion or medially for inversion, foot in neutral
End
eversion — sole swept outward (little-toe side up) to end range; inversion — sole swept inward (big-toe side up) to end range, against the band
Range of Motion
subtalar/ankle eversion 0→~15–20° and inversion 0→~20–30°, isolated at the ankle

How to Perform

Targeted strengthening of ankle evertors (peroneus longus) and invertors (tibialis anterior/posterior) with resistance band. Band is anchored laterally for eversion, medially for inversion. Prevents recurrent ankle sprains and chronic instability by targeting lateral ankle stabilizers.
