You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

- isometric hold — minimal joint excursion; no visible hip or pelvic motion
How to Perform
Seated or standing, contract both glutes maximally and hold 5 seconds. No visible movement — purely isometric. Reactivates posterior chain during prolonged sitting.
