How to Perform

Stand tall with feet together and arms at your sides. Jump both feet out wider than hip-width while swinging straight arms out and overhead, then immediately jump back to the start position with arms returning to your sides. Repeat rhythmically, landing softly on the balls of the feet each cycle.
