You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:

Everything else — the body map, progression ladders, coverage heatmap, exercise finder, and all anatomy/exercise/source pages — works fully. The full app (live search + API + database) runs from the source on GitHub.
Lateral Band Walk (Monster Walk)
Positions & Range of Motion
- Start
- standing with a band looped around the ankles or just above the knees, dropped into a quarter-squat (mini-squat), feet hip-width and pointed forward
- End
- stepped sideways one step while maintaining constant band tension and a low quarter-squat, hips level, followed by a controlled trailing-leg return step
- Range of Motion
- frontal-plane hip abduction and controlled adduction while sustaining ~quarter-squat knee flexion and a level pelvis
How to Perform
Loop a band around the ankles or just above the knees. Drop into a quarter-squat (mini-squat). Step sideways slowly, maintaining tension on the band the entire time. Keep feet pointed forward and hips level.
