How to Perform

Wall-based thoracic extension stretch. Patient stands at arm's length from a wall, hinges at the hips, and places hands on the wall while sinking the chest through the arms. Targets upper thoracic extension and reduces kyphosis angle. Often called the wall prayer stretch.
