Upward Rotation Shrug (30° Abduction)

- shoulders elevated toward the earlobes (shrug) while the arms maintain the 30° abducted position, biasing the upward rotators at the top
- Range of Motion
- scapular elevation/upward rotation through full shrug range; arms held statically at 30° abduction
How to Perform
Standing with arms abducted 30° in the coronal plane, elevate shoulders (shrug) while maintaining arm position. Modified shrug to bias upward rotators.
