Positions & Range of Motion

standing on the involved leg on a step or floor, pelvis level, kneecap tracking over the second toe, opposite foot lifted
End
single-leg stance maintained through a slow step-down until the trailing heel lightly touches the floor, hip and pelvis staying level
Range of Motion
controlled single-leg knee flexion through the step-down descent (~0–45°) with proprioceptive/perturbation stance holds
