📖 Static demo — read-only snapshot
You’re browsing a static build of the Body IQ knowledge graph, so everything loads with no backend. A few things that need the live server are turned off here:
- Global search (sidebar) is disabled — it queries the API.
- The JSON API and the API “Try it” playgroundaren’t included.
- The data is a snapshot — it refreshes only when the demo is rebuilt, not live from the database.
Everything else — the body map, progression ladders, coverage heatmap, exercise finder, and all anatomy/exercise/source pages — works fully. The full app (live search + API + database) runs from the source on GitHub.
Low Back Pain
Reduce non-specific low back pain and build lumbopelvic control and tolerance.
Cornerstone Exercises (9)
First-line exercises for this goal.
⚠ indicated only when symptoms centralize with extension; stop if repeated extension peripheralizes leg symptoms
⚠ extension-biased drill; discontinue if it increases or peripheralizes leg symptoms, and avoid in extension-sensitive presentations
Supporting Exercises (20)
These contribute to the goal.
⚠ keep the lumbar spine neutral and avoid end-range flexion during an acute pain flare
⚠ Ease off if end-range lumbar extension provokes symptoms (e.g., stenosis or spondylolysis).
⚠ long-lever anti-extension load can aggravate an acute flare; bend the knees or shorten the lever early on
⚠ keep the motion at the hip and avoid arching the lumbar spine to lift the leg higher
⚠ flexion-biased drill; ease off if it provokes leg/nerve symptoms in a disc-related presentation
