Stand a few inches in front of a wall with your back to it and push your hips back to tap the wall, then return. The short lever and clear endpoint groove the backward hip motion with minimal balance and spinal-control demand.

Shift most of your weight onto one leg with the other foot lightly staggered behind for balance, and hinge on the loaded leg. This increases unilateral glute and hamstring demand and adds a balance challenge while still bodyweight-only.
