How to Perform
Begin in a high plank with hands under shoulders, body in a straight line from head to heels. Drive one knee toward the chest, then quickly switch legs in a running-like motion while keeping the trunk rigid and hips level. Continue alternating at a controlled or brisk tempo without letting the hips pike up or sag.
