How to Perform

Standing hip hinge exercise with a kettlebell held at the chest (goblet) or behind the neck. Loads the posterior chain through a controlled hip hinge pattern. Generates substantial erector spinae and gluteus maximus activation, making it an effective intermediate-level posterior chain strengthener.
